FUELINE-X is designed for the fireside cleaning of deposits in the combustion equipments. Sooting, clinker & other combustion deposits are common fireside occurrences in boiler and thermic fluid heater installations. Such deposits have to be cleaned manually by brushing. But unfortunately the cleaning is almost never perfect and cannot reach certain sections of the heating surface that have poor accessibility. The stickiness of the unburned carbon results in build up of incombustibles solids on the heat transfer area. The carbon acts as the thermal barrier reducing heat transfer & efficiency of the boiler. The effect of the reduced heat transfer is usually reflected in loss of efficiency as higher stack temp. is observed.
